Contact
A way to reach me is coming soon. I'm setting up a contact address for questions, corrections, and ideas for new guides. Once it's ready, you'll find it right here.
In the meantime, if you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please check the official source linked at the bottom of that guide. Official sources are always the final word.
Need help with your own benefits today?
This site can't look at your plan or answer questions about your situation. These are the best places to start:
- Your HR team or plan administrator for questions about your own plan, deadlines, and enrollment.
- Your plan documents, such as your Summary of Benefits and Coverage. See how to read your SBC.
- Official agencies like HealthCare.gov, the IRS, the Department of Labor, Medicare, and Social Security. Their main pages are listed on the Resources page.
- Medicare questions: Medicare.gov lists 1-800-MEDICARE (800-633-4227) and, for free one-on-one help, your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
