Before you send
- Please don't include personal or medical details. Leave out your name, health conditions, Social Security number, account numbers, and your employer's name. Ask in general terms.
- Your question may inspire a guide. If it does, it will be written in general terms, without your nickname.
- No replies by email. The form doesn't ask for contact details, so there's no way to reply to you. Only add an email address if you truly want a reply, and know it's optional.
- Not advice. This site can't give advice about your own plan or situation. For that, ask your HR team or plan administrator.
- Private. Questions are not posted on the site. Only the site owner reads them. See the privacy page for exactly what is saved.
